### How do multiple locations appear in the Sheet?

    Each product or variant is one row, and each Shopify location gets its own quantity column. Update a cell and FlexSync sends that change to the matching location in Shopify.

### Which plan includes multi-location inventory?

    Multi-location support is available on Starter, Growth and Ultimate. The Free plan syncs inventory but doesn't include per-location columns.

### Do in-store sales update the Sheet?

    FlexSync syncs both ways. When inventory changes in Shopify, whether from an online order or a sale recorded in Shopify at a location, the Sheet updates to match.

### Can I give store managers access without Shopify Admin?

    Yes. Share the Google Sheet with them using normal Sheets permissions: view-only to see stock, or edit access to adjust quantities.

### How does FlexSync help prevent overselling?

    Because stock levels stay in sync in real time in both directions, the quantities customers see online match what you've recorded in the Sheet.
