The FlexSync Shopify App offers a free plan that allows merchants to synchronize Shopify inventory data with Google Sheets efficiently. While the free plan includes all core features, it has certain usage limits. Businesses with larger inventories or advanced automation needs can upgrade to a premium plan.
This document explains how to subscribe to a premium plan and upgrade your existing plan directly from the FlexSync dashboard.
Prerequisites: Before upgrading, ensure you have completed the initial FlexSync app setup on your Shopify store.
Steps to Upgrade Your Plan #
Follow these steps to subscribe to a premium FlexSync plan.
1. Navigate to the Pricing Section #
- Log in to your Shopify Admin and open the FlexSync app dashboard.
- Select the Pricing tab.
The pricing page will display all available plans.
2. Select a Billing Cycle #
Choose your preferred billing option:
- Monthly
- Yearly
3. Choose and review the available plans: #
Starter Plan: Best suited for small to medium-sized stores. #
- 14-day free trial
- Sync up to 5,000 SKUs
- Up to 500 formula-driven cells
- Access to all FlexSync features
Growth Plan: Ideal for expanding stores with larger inventories. #
- 14-day free trial
- Sync up to 15,000 SKUs
- Up to 1,000 formula-driven cells
- Access to all FlexSync features
Ultimate Plan: Designed for high-volume Shopify stores with advanced automation needs. #
- 14-day free trial
- Sync up to 50,000 SKUs
- Up to 5,000 formula-driven cells
- Access to all FlexSync features
4. Confirm the Subscription #
- Review the subscription details.
- Click the Upgrade button for the plan that best fits your business requirements. You will be redirected to the Shopify billing confirmation page.
- Approve the subscription
Once confirmed, your premium plan will be activated, and the new limits will apply immediately.
Important Notes #
- All premium plans include a 14-day free trial.
- All plans include the same core features; the primary difference is the SKU sync limit and formula-driven cell limit.
- Upgrading your plan will increase the synchronization capacity and automation capabilities.
