Yes. FlexSync is installed per Shopify store, and each store's plan is based on its own catalog size. Once a store is connected, its Sheet can be shared with your team like any Google Sheet.
Not for routine catalog work. Edits made in the connected Google Sheet sync to Shopify through FlexSync, so team members only need access to the Sheet.
Yes. Each connected Sheet is a normal Google Sheet, so you can organize them in a shared Drive folder however your team works.
Only columns marked editable (yellow) sync back to Shopify. You can also use Sheets sharing levels and protected ranges to limit who edits what.
Yes. Order Sync pulls orders and draft orders into their own tabs. Supported fields, like fulfillment status, can be updated and pushed back to Shopify.
