Each product or variant is one row, and each Shopify location gets its own quantity column. Update a cell and FlexSync sends that change to the matching location in Shopify.
Multi-location support is available on Starter, Growth and Ultimate. The Free plan syncs inventory but doesn't include per-location columns.
FlexSync syncs both ways. When inventory changes in Shopify, whether from an online order or a sale recorded in Shopify at a location, the Sheet updates to match.
Yes. Share the Google Sheet with them using normal Sheets permissions: view-only to see stock, or edit access to adjust quantities.
Because stock levels stay in sync in real time in both directions, the quantities customers see online match what you've recorded in the Sheet.
