Yes. FlexSync works with a regular Google Sheet, so you share it like any other file. Edits to editable columns (highlighted yellow) sync to Shopify; other columns are for reference only.
With Auto Sync enabled, changes to editable columns sync to Shopify automatically. You can also run updates manually from the FlexSync menu if you prefer to review first.
Sync runs both ways. Changes made in Shopify flow back into your Sheet, so the Sheet always reflects what's live in your store.
